AUPE has hired Stratcom aka "Strategic Research" who will be calling GOA members with the aim of surveying 1,180 members in the Government of Alberta by June 12. This starts tonight at 5 pm.
They will not leave voicemail. When they talk to a live person they will be asking them if they are aware of bargaining, where they get their bargaining updates from, where they would like to get them from, and if we can update their contact information.
At the end of the survey they will be provided 1-800-232-7284 to call if they have labour relations issues,.

Stratcom has excellent privacy and confidentiality policies around the work that they do (plus they're unionized!). AUPE will get the survey data but we will not know which member responded which way.
